Alumnus Lachlan Morton Alt - Tour de France
Alumnus Lachlan Morton (2008) has ridden the 2021 Tour de France in front of the field. It was a charity ride where he completed the whole tour including the transitions.
The finish and start points are very rarely in the same place during the tour. Riders are normally bused from the finish lines to the next start point at the end of each day. Lachlan rode the extra kilometres as well as the stage distance.
Why did he put himself through it? It was all in the name of charity for World Bicycle Relief. Bicycles for those who may not otherwise be able to afford one.
Congratulations, Lachlan. Please click the link below for the full story.
