Junior Diocesan Soccer Gala Day 2024

32 students from Years 7-10 travelled to Coffs Harbour to represent SJRC in the annual Diocesan Soccer Gala day. Greeted with sunny skies, the students were genuinely buzzing and grateful for the opportunity to go and compete for SJRC, particularly the girls who played their matches on the synthetic pitch this year. 

Both the boys and girls teams played some great soccer while also displaying great sportsmanship and fantastic SJRC College spirit. The boys played out 2 hard fought wins, 2 losses and a draw. The girls walked away with 2 wins and 2 losses. 

Unfortunately, neither team will progress through to the CCC tournament.
