YHQ@SJRC

The YHQ@SJRC Project is a new initiative aimed at students in Year 10 who wish to work in a collaborative environment to solve real-world problems using entrepreneurial skills. The Youth Headquarters (YHQ) was launched earlier this term, followed by a process of self-nomination through an expression of interest.

Students have been selected, teams formed, and an audit of skills and talents conducted.

Students will be guided by staff members and will work directly under the guidance of our Leader of High Potential Learners, Mrs Amanda Cassegrain. Each session will target key entrepreneurial skills and provide students with the opportunity to showcase their tablets and work towards achieving specific goals. The final day of the program will involve judging by an external panel of experts, and be celebrated with an evening event.
