St Joseph's Regional College is a co-educational College from Years 7-12 and is one of three secondary St Agnes' Parish Schools in the Port Macquarie area.

Enrolments in St Agnes’ Parish schools are subject to the Diocese of Lismore Catholic Schools Enrolment Policy and the St Agnes’ Education zoning system.
A zoning system is used to distribute students between the two Year 7-12 complexes - St Joseph’s Regional College in Sovereign Hills and MacKillop College on Ocean Drive, Port Macquarie
Both Colleges are committed to providing the same range of courses; catering for students wishing to complete the NSW Higher School Certificate with a view to pursuing further tertiary studies.
